How do I find a particular product?
There are several methods of locating products in the Dive90Direct site. At the top of every screen, in the blue navigation area there is a link to the 'Search' page. Clicking this will take you to the Search page. Here you can type in a keyword relevant to the product or service you require and click on Search. You will automatically be shown the search results with text links that take you to the relevant products. Alternatively, click on the 'Shopping' link in the blue navigation bar at the top of every screen. This will take you to a page giving a detailed breakdown of the Dive90Direct store department areas. Cimply click on the relevant department and you will be automatically shown all products relating to that department. Finally, if you are more familiar with the Dive90Direct web site you can select a main department heading from the 'Quick Shop' box at the top of every screen.

How do I find my way around the website?
Dive90Direct website is designed to be as user-friendly as possible. Simply click on any of the options at the top of every screen (for example, Shopping, Sale, Customer Services, Travel). Alternatively, click on text links (underlined text) or pictures which will take you to an area of the website relevant to that word or image. You'll always know where you are on the website by the 'breadcrumbs' - located just beneath the blue bar at the top of every screen. This trail of words shows your route taken and can be clicked on to return to a previous screen, thus retracing your steps. To return to the Welcome screen at any time, just click on the 'Home' link at the top of every screen.

How do I obtain customer service or delivery information?
Just click on 'Customer Service' at the top centre of every screen and select the relevant subject such as 'Returns and Refunds' or 'Delivery of Your Order' from the options listed. Alternatively, click on the relevant link running across the bottom of every screen for a summary of specific topics.

How do I buy an item online?
From the screen featuring the relevant item description, specify your order by selecting from the options listed for example, size and colour. Click on Add to Basket and review the details for the item requested. You will then be invited either to continue shopping or proceed to the Shopping Basket to pay. The same simple process applies to all purchases.

How do I pay for an item online?
When you are ready to pay for your shopping, click on the 'Basket' link at the top of the screen. This takes you to your Shopping Basket showing full details of all items selected which you will be asked to confirm by clicking on Checkout. You will then be guided through a simple three-step process providing us with details such as your name, delivery address and method of payment. Once this information has been confirmed the process is complete and we will acknowledge your order by email.
