Delivery of your order

The delivery of items purchased online from www.dive90direct.com is quick, efficient and direct to the address of your choice.

We endeavour to despatch all order received by 4pm the next working day.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be delivered next working day
Orders placed Friday will be delivered Monday
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be delivered Tuesday
An extra charge will be made for Saturday deliveries.

Dive90 Direct will process orders to postal addresses in the following areas; UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & other UK offshore locations. Unfortunately we cannot currently process orders for delivery to EU countries or worldwide.

In order to provide you with the best possible service, our standard delivery to most UK mainland addresses is by Citylink or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Very small, low value items may be sent by first class post. PLEASE NOTE: In all cases the total delivery charge, and your total invoice value will be shown in your shopping basket before you are asked to enter payment details.

Delivery is charged in the following way:
Royal Mail First Class - £3.99 per delivery
Royal Mail Special Delivery (with insurance) - £5.99 per delivery
Citylink Courier 5kg 24hr (with insurance) - £7.99 per delivery
Citylink Courier 10kg 24hr (with insurance) - £9.99 per delivery

Please note, delivery to Northern Scotland, Channel Islands and offshore locations may not be next day.

All items delivered by Citylink will need to be signed for, but in most cases it need not be the person who ordered that accepts delivery. We can also deliver to a work address if no one will be at home. Please specify your delivery address at time of ordering.

We are unable to specify an exact time of day for delivery of your order. If no one is available to accept delivery at the specified address the package will be returned to your local Citylink depot. A card will be left with details to organise redelivery of your order.

Your order may be delayed if...
There are any unforeseen stock shortages occur. You will be notified by email or telephone if this is the case. If we cannot get immediate security clearance for payment of your order. We place the security of our customers paramount, therefore these checks are essential to combat fraudulent use of payment and address details.

Please note some accessories are sourced separately, therefore some orders may be delivered in more than one package.

We can only deliver to UK addresses.
